This is exactly where I come in: Thanks to my comprehensive and multi-layered competencies in change and stakeholder management, I address such concerns with a great deal of empathy and put them into the context of the change. The question of "why" is elementary for all those involved and is at the core of my work. Because if you understand the answer to this question, you will be much better able to embrace the change.
And because changes do not usually affect only one area, but rather have an interdisciplinary impact, I always act as a mediator between the different disciplines: with my clear and comprehensible way of expressing myself, I contribute to a common understanding of the matter and enable all those involved to make their personal contribution to its success.

For more than ten years, I have been instrumental in driving the digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of functions. My focus during this time has been on the commercialisation of products at different stages of the product lifecycle.
My experience ranges from efficient implementation of various digital marketing measures to leading national and international project teams for the development of digital healthcare services.
